We have worked very hard to give you the best Scottish produce, cooked as they would be in Italy by mothers and grandmothers throughout and have stayed true to our focus of not becoming one of the stereotypical, anglicised restaurants that are, nowadays, so common.

We only use the freshest ingredients in our kitchen and create our menus so that they change with the seasons.

Although many kitchens have lost skills of hunting and foraging for local food, La Parmigiana has a long tradition of knowing exactly where your food comes from and we use local producers to bring you the best of what Scotland has to offer.
